After a week of not cooking, I’ve realised how much I miss it, but things are definitely more settled now. We still have about 12 boxes to unpack but we’ve decided to get to them one by one. While planning the move, I had decided that I’m not going to slow down. My plans were to just get through the whole shifting and unpacking in two days. What a joke! It’s taken us five days, and we still have a lot to do.

The essentials are finally out, and I’m going to finally get into the kitchen tomorrow. Which means, this is also the last guest post from my awesome blogger friends who offered to help me out. This non alcoholic mulled wine is from my friend Sandhya’s blog.

You know when I planned this series of guest posts for this week, I chose blogger friends whose work I respect and admire. Because while the aim was to get you new recipes this week, I also wanted to introduce you to people who are doing such amazing work. And Sandhya is one of them. What strikes you the most about her are her stunning pictures and styling!

Sandhya is a mentor for all of us. She’s been writing tutorials on food photography for years now, and each one makes us a better photographer! I also think she’s a little bit of a risk taker. If you see her pictures, they are not safe. She’s not afraid to combine colors and moods and light to depict what she’s thinking and that’s what I love about her!

This recipe for non alcoholic mulled wine is another stunning example of her photography. I love the details, and the warm tones throughout the post. When they say, eat with your eyes first, I remember Sandhya’s pictures!

Here’s a little of what she has to say about this Non Alcoholic Mulled Wine –
It has been spices on my mind – Cinnamon, Ginger, Clove with a tickle in my throat. Something warm, something with enhanced flavors! An all season comforting drink for anyone and everyone is this Alcohol- free Mulled Wine with a combo of fruit juices simmered in Mulled Spices.
What a timing I must mention. Just the right juices were opened in their tetra pack and I didn’t have any necessity to dig things from my pantry or go shopping for them.
